Transcript Requests

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST INFORMATION REQUIRED  

Please make sure that Henry Street High School was the last school you attended.  If you upgraded some courses at Durham Continuing Education or Durham Alternative Secondary School, they will have access to your transcript - not Henry Street High School.

2. Date of birth
3. Last year attend
4. Number of copies required
5. Mailing Address(es)
6. Phone Number

 Cost of Transcript is $10.00 each                

Go to:  https://DDSB.schoolcashonline.com.  

Step 1: Register.  

Step 2: Confirmation Email.  

Step 3: Select the School Name and click on "I don't want to add a student".  

Search for transcripts > choose Henry Street H.S. > Click on it and follow the instructions.  

Please email mary.conacher@ddsb.ca  the receipt along with the above required information.  

When proof of payment is received, then your transcript will be mailed and/or emailed, a copy will be printed, signed and mailed to you or University/College if requested.  

* If you are requesting a transcript on behalf of your child who is 18 or over, they will have to email me consent for the parent to request the transcript.
