January 2025 Exam Information

Good afternoon Parents/Guardians,

Exams are upon us! Please find some important information below:

When: Exams run January 22nd - 27th, 2025.

January 22nd – Exams for 1st period class

January 23rd – Exams for 2nd period class

January 24th – Exams for 3rd period class

January 27th – Exams for 4th period class

*In the event of a weather day, that exam will be moved to January 28th – separate communication would be sent if that was to occur the day of.

Exams will run on a Week A schedule. All exams begin promptly at 9:30 am. There are 2 time lengths for exams – 1.5 hour and 2 hour exams. Please see the schedule attached for the length of your students' exam.

If your student does not have an exam scheduled, they are not required to attend school – classes will not be running.

Where: All exams are in person at school, in designated rooms. Please make sure your child checks where they are writing their exam; this information can be found on the schedule attached (also posted in their Grade level Google Classroom).

Other Information:

• School buses will operate on a regular schedule. Students will be picked up in the morning at regular time; the return trip will be at the end of the regular school day (3:30 pm). If your student needs to wait at the school for the afternoon bus, they are welcome to sit in the cafeteria quietly. Our library will be closed.
• Please make sure your student has all materials needed to complete their exam, this includes Chromebooks fully charged. Your student can confirm which materials are needed with their teacher.
• Phones, smartwatches, and other personal communication devices are not allowed in the exam room. If there is an emergency and you need to get in contact with your student, please call the main office and we can get in contact with your student.

Semester 2 begins on Thursday, January 30th, 2025.
